No more happy sad happy sad happy sad routine
Hello my friend:
It's funny that the e-mail I just sent moments ago... that had
to do with creating your own attitudes and beliefs instead of
blindly accepting those of everyone else around you, fits

Dear Mike:
I think my story is been repeated so many times; in some ways
it's sad to know that something wrong in our mental patterns is
going to hurt us again and again. I've read testimonies from so
many people saying they have tried everything without results.
I'm not different from them. As many others, I've been reading
self-help books since I was 16 (I'm 47) and tried subliminal
tapes, meditations, affirmations, etc. since I was in Mexico
(I've been in U S A for almost 7 years now) without any long
lasting results.
I didn't understand why after practicing all of that, I
