Everywhere you go, there you are again

Because he knew that people are pretty much the same all
over... but especially in adjacent towns and villages. He also
knew that we make our own reality... that we attract most of

Why? Because while our surroundings may change, we always
bring one thing with us that usually doesn't change... And that
one thing is ourselves.
What does this mean?
It means that if you've been successful at many of the things
you've done in your life... if you've been happy for much of
your life... if you've been very healthy and fit for most of
your life, this is a trend... it's due to your habits... and you
are likely to continue those habits and those trends.

nothing is nearly as good as it was before, they blame the new
environment.
What happens, though, in many of these situations is that it
was the old familiar environment, not them, which made
everything right. And when they left that great relationship,
company, people, system, neighborhood, whatever it was that made
their situation great is now gone. So now all they have is
themselves... but they were never the cause of their "success"
in the first place... it was their environment and/or the people
they were surrounded with.
So if you are in a period of massive and/or rapid change in
your life and things are suddenly going poorly and you can't
turn it around, you need to look at your own actions. Because
you can't blame the environment. That won't help.
The only thing you can do is adapt to the environment and
become what you need to become.

happiness, not someone or something else, and you will always be
on the right path in life.
