Lose 4" of belly fat fast

Hello my friend:

How would you like to drop 4 inches of belly fat without any

Some questions I get all the time are... " Can I really lose a
lot of weight?" "I've been heavy for so long, it is really

the world, I usually don't know the people that ask the questions
personally... but whether I know you are not, no matter what
your reasons for being overweight are, I know absolutely
positively for a fact that whether you have 4 inches or 14 inches
to lose that you absolutely CAN do it.

But the challenge it really lies in the question itself not in
a person's body's ability to do it.  If you are 100 pounds
overweight and you just stop eating totally, I guarantee you
that you will drop weight fast.  So your body CAN do it.  Okay?

So the question is not will my body comply if I follow the
rules... the question is can you develop the mindset, the belief
systems and the discipline to eat and act in a healthy manner
for the rest of your life?

That question, which shows doubt, is the first indicator that
they probably never will.  In truth, anyone can reach their
ideal weight and fitness level... all you need to do is eat
certain types of foods, in moderate amounts and move your body
in ways that are proven to shed fat and build muscle.  It's as
simple as that.

So of course you can lose it.

The challenge of a is not in your body's ability to do it but
in your mind's ability to do it.

So the next question is can "Eating for Excellent Health Now!"
and "I Love Exercising Now!" get you to change the way you think
and get you to do what you need to do?

The answer is they have for thousands of other people, and
unless you have a serious mental disorder keeping you from
functioning in the normal way in your everyday life, the answer
is of course they can.

Why do the work at all, let alone quickly?

Because the re-patterning statements work at:
* Changing your self image from fat to fit
* Forcing you to believe in your ability to do it
* Keeping your reasons for being fit in the front of your mind
* Helping you visualize the right actions and the right results
* Helping you enjoy taking the goal achieving actions
* And a whole lot more

Now, it can happen quickly or it can take two or three months
before your new mindset starts kicking in adjusting your
thoughts and decisions and your actions... the choices that you
make... keep in mind you are trying to undo a lifetime of
habits. 

But as long as you have the doubt in your mind, if you have the
questions... "Can I really change my eating habits?  Can I
really get organized?  Can I really increase my sales?  Can I
really set some big goals and start achieving them?

...Then it cannot happen.  And it won't happen.

If you have doubt and little real motivation and there's other
serious hesitations on your part, then the answer is no. 

But when you change your core beliefs, thoughts, attitudes and
emotions surrounding food and moving your body, like "Eating for

assist you in doing, you will truly know the difference... you
will know deeply in your heart why you used to fail to drop

Dear Mike,
 
Thank you so much for your programs.  I am a stay at home mom
of two ages 4 and 10 months.  I gained 12 pounds as an executive
traveling three days a week and eating out a lot.  Another 10
pounds dating my husband, another 15 pounds with my son, and 13
with my daughter.  All tolled, I ended up 50 pounds over*weight
and desperate to lose it.  I had never had a weight problem
until 6 years ago, but somehow could not get myself back to my
normal weight and habits.  I had grown accustomed to eating what
I wanted and not exercising. 

For the past 10 months, I have wanted to lose weight and did
lose the initial baby weight.  However, I retained the last 13

The very next day, I felt the urge to walk with my children to
the park in our neighborhood a mile each way.  I did that three
times the first week.  I immediately was starting to eat
healthier. Within a week, I was walking nearly everyday to the
park or on the treadmill.  My diet had changed significantly
without any effort.  I am now eating fruits, vegetables, brown
rice, chicken, fish and nuts.  I have completely cut out all
sugar, flour, soda, and processed food.  I attended two parties
last weekend and had no problem sticking to my healthy eating. 
I was not in the least bit tempted by the cookies, brownies,
chips, ice cream, etc.  This is huge. 
 
I have only been listening to the CD for three weeks, but the
changes have been incredible.  I am exercising, eating healthy,
getting enough sleep, and my energy has greatly increased.  I
have lost eight pounds so far without any willpower or effort
on my part, and have no doubt that the rest will come off easily.
