A question came in this morning about how to get calcium if not
through dairy products.
This is the kind of question that needs to be answered, but it
is sad, frankly, that more people don't know the answer.
Why? Because the dairy association and all those who make
money in the distribution of milk, cheese, yogurt and butter
don't want you to know. Commercials for milk tell us that we
need it. We don't. That claim is laughable. It is appalling.
In fact, all dairy products are actually harmful, even deadly to
a high percentage of you reading this. In fact, around 70% of
all black people are "lactose intolerant" making it so toxic to
them that they should never, never, never drink milk or eat
dairy products... ever.
Knowledge is a powerful thing my friend. And if you have
stomach problems, if you have weak bones, if you have any one of
a thousand different diseases, and you are drinking milk and
eating a fair amount of dairy products, (milk, cheese, yogurt,
butter), you are adding mightily to your pain and misfortune.
But your old buddy Mike is here to set you straight...
Because you can't do what is best for your health if your
beliefs prevent it...
To quote a line I just read about cow's milk and its dangers,
and the dairy industry's concern about it, "How ironic it is
that the dairy industry continues to promote the CAUSE of bone
disease as the cure."
Funny that Americans have the most porous bones and the highest
incidence of arthritis in the world (per 100,000 population) but
we also drink the most milk. American children are now getting
arthritis.
Kind of makes you go, "Hmmmmmm."
My wife Sherry just had a complete medical workup where they
tested for everything. Bone density was one of the tests.
She's in her mid-40s but the doctor reported that she has the
bone density of a 20 year old. The doctor was shocked...
Because she has never consumed milk to any extent except as a
child when her parents forced her to. She does not eat butter
(we use Earth Balance, a wonderful tasting butter substitute
that uses unhydrogenated oils, unlike margarine that is also a
deadly, disease producing disgrace of a product). And she only
has a little sprinkle of parmesan on some dishes and bit of
cheese on pizza maybe once every three months.
No dairy, but she has the bones of a 20 year old.
If you are consuming a fair amount of butter, milk and cheese,
you gotta get wise, my friend.
http://www.notmilk.com is a cornucopia of information about the
mis-information put out by the dairy industry.
Oh, you are going to love this.
Here are some stats on the American dairy eating habits:
===============================
In 1970, the dairy industry produced 2.2 billion pounds of
cheese. The population of the United States was 203 million,
which translates to 10.8 pounds of cheese per person. By 1990,
America's population had grown to 248 million, but Americans
were eating more cheese, 6 billion pounds worth! That's an
average of 24 pounds per person. In 1994, according to the USDA,
the average American consumed 27.7 pounds of cheese. America's
rate of cheese consumption is skyrocketing. As we approach the
new millennium, America's per-capita cheese consumption will
break the 30-pound per person level.
===============================
Funny, again, that while our dairy consumption is going up and
up and up, bone diseases and diseases in general are also going
up and up and UP.
Ignorance is not bliss... it's disease.
