Lead by example

Hello my friend:

John Maxwell, a well-known expert on the principles and
qualities of leadership says that if you influence other
people on any level, you are a leader...

Maybe a reluctant one, but a leader nonetheless.

Fact is, if you are a coach, a teacher, a parent, a
manager, a preacher, a speaker and even just a member of a
large team - even if you don't have people "reporting to
you," you are, on one or more levels, a leader.

Question is, are you a good one?
