Just wanted you to know I am so grateful for the programs

on my computer during the day (I run a home business).  In

Chapters of Your Day to Win and I edit them into a file
titled "MY LIFE" and I have that running through as well.
I have also been using the audio END PROCRASTINATION NOW 
again same time frame, my in-tray is now more manageable,
my house is more organized and less cluttered - I love the
programs and I just love my life!!

Hi Mike,

Earlier this week, I ordered the Think Right Now software -

First of all, I was skeptical of anything subliminal,
despite the studies.

Second, my situation is a little different from most: I'm
self-employed as an artist and a writer.  I'm generally
accountable to no one except my publisher and my readers,
but I still overwork.  I've been diagnosed as ADHD--very,
very overactive and distractible.  Medication turns me into
a drone, so my doctor said, "No more meds."

My husband has worried because I've been working myself
into the ground for years.  I just couldn't seem to take
time off.  I rarely took meal breaks--I eat at my desk--and
even when I sat down to watch TV, I'd be tapping away at
the laptop keys.

Lately, I've been reading be-do-have literature, and while
I can cognitively agree that I should "do" less and enjoy
"being" more...I've kept doing/working too much.  I've been
like the hamster running in the wheel:  I knew that I
wasn't accomplishing much, but I've kept going anyway.

My point is: Unlike people who need encouragement to keep
working on their dreams, I need encouragement to take
healthy breaks, and to relax when it's time to relax!

When I installed the Think Right Now software and--just
ten minutes later--suddenly decided that it was a good idea
to pause for breakfast and get organized before running
daily errands... Well, I told my husband, "This is very
weird."

The rest of the day was equally strange for me.  I took
time to exercise.  I took a real lunch break.  At the end
of the day, I wasn't even tempted to turn on the laptop as
I watched TV and relaxed.

The next morning started out the same way.  But, I was on
deadline to complete a book for my publisher, and I needed
to work crazy hours without interruptions, even healthy
ones.  I turned off the Think Right Now software.

My ADHD tendencies didn't return for a couple of hours,
and I met my targets for the day.  But, I was aware that I
was less focused and more stressed than the day before.
Nevertheless, at the end of the day I didn't feel like
turning on the laptop.

Yesterday, I turned the Think Right Now software back on
again, to see what would happen.  I finished my day's work
in record time.  But, I also exercised, took time for
meals, and I was amazingly organized as well.  My writing
was better than ever, and I stayed in focus.  My new
ability to prioritize astonishes me.

Whether it's that sense of balance or the program (or
both), I've also slept soundly these past few nights... far
more relaxed than I can remember in a long time.

I was going to wait a couple of weeks before writing to
you about my successes.  But, I realized that's part of my
excessive perfectionism--another barrier to relaxing, as
well as letting go of projects.  So, I decided to write
this early rave anyway.  (That alone is a huge
accomplishment for me.)

I'd hoped that the Think Right Now program would work in a
few weeks. I didn't dare to hope for much in the first few
days.  But, I can honestly say that I saw results in
minutes.  I may be an exception, but I'm already a believer.
