Now for something different: Pain-free barbecue
Hello my friend:
For the last few days we've been putting the final touches
on and recording our newest Think Right Now Accelerated
Success Conditioning program.
It is called 'Tranquil Sleep Now!' It is a masterpiece.
An audio knockout pill.
I'll tell you more about it soon. But for now, with a
big weekend coming up for us Americans, I'd like to pass
on today's email from my wife Sherry. She's a health
expert.
Listen to what she has to say about having a pain-free
Memorial Day weekend.
Here she goes:
In the US, this is Memorial Day weekend--when we take the
time to recognize and show our gratitude to those who
fought so hard for the freedoms we enjoy every day.
It's also the traditional opening weekend of the summer
barbecue season.
Everybody loves barbecues... but barbecues don't always
love us back.
I have vivid memories of many barbecues 16+ years ago that
ended up in severe cramps, gas, bloating, diarrhea and even
vomiting.
I didn't know what I was doing wrong. I didn't eat too
much. I didn't drink too much. I ate what most would
consider healthy food. I passed on the dessert and I moved
by playing volleyball, badminton or softball after dinner.
Sounds like all the right things to do, right? Wrong.
What I didn't know then (but know now) is that 99.9% of
barbecue menus are horrible food combinations. I was
setting the stage for agony with the very first bite. It
didn't matter that the food I was eating was healthy.
Digestive hell was occurring in my stomach.
Then I'd seal my fate by playing sports immediately after
eating. You see, what I didn't know then was that
digestion needs an enormous amount of energy--Nothing the
human body does demands more energy than digestion.
So my stomach was already stressed out trying to digest a
poorly combined meal, then I would sap energy away from
digestion to participate in sports after dinner.
And I paid dearly for a badly digested, mis-combined meal.
Now, 16+ years later, I enjoy barbecues, holiday feasts,
casual parties and every day meals without pain. I don't
go without any of my favorites--I LOVE potato salad, fruit,
barbecued chicken and baked beans and continue to enjoy them.
I just know how to eat them correctly. And I will teach
you how to do the same.
If you want to stay pain-free this Memorial Day weekend
and every single day after that, get Great Taste No Pain,
read it and do what it says. You can download the manual
"How To End Stomach Pain Forever, Even If Your MD Says, 'No
Way!'" immediately after you order and be on your way.
One thing you need to understand:
It's easy.
If you haven't started already, stop procrastinating and
stop saying that maybe you'll try it next month.
Do it now.
Make it a great weekend.
Stop making excuses like you have to go grocery shopping
first. You can use the food you have at home right NOW.
And if you own Great Taste No Pain, use it.
Start your pain-free barbecue season...and life...right now.

To your health,

PS: Gloria has enjoyed some REMARKABLE results in her
first month:
*******************
Hi Sherry,
I have been using Great taste food plan for almost 30
days, and have had some amazing results.
I have had problems with diverticulitis and constant
stomach aches after eating. I have not had to take any
antacids and feel GREAT.
I have been very overweight for the last 10 years, I am
post menopause and had tried many diets, always gaining
more weight, and getting frustrated. I had resigned myself
that I could not lose weight and need to be happy the way I
was.
I started eating the GREAT TASTE NO PAIN way, and have
lost 30 LBS in 30 days. I have gone from a size 18 to a
size 14. If some one would have said that I could lose
weight this fast an still eat delicious food I would have
said they were crazy.
I am delighted with the results I feel GREAT, I look
GREAT, I Sleep GREAT, no Acid Reflux nor problem with the
diverticulitis. Every day someone says to me you look
wonderful.
Thank You.
Gloria DeVries
