Sleeping pills can't do this
Hello my friend:
Sleeping pills should be a last resort.
Instead people are eating them up like donut holes!
According to the New York Times, 42 million sleeping pill
prescriptions were filled in 2006, up nearly 60% since
2000. And pill makers spent over 600 millllleon dollars to
bombard you with commercials and advertisements around the
clock in magazines, TV, radio and newspapers.
Ever notice they aim their pitches at women, too?
That's because women generally suffer insomnia more
frequently than men -- by a margin of over 2 to 1, in fact.
But here's what really gets me angry: these pill pushers
are doing their best to make people believe it's perfectly
"normal" to use powerful drugs to get to sleep every night.
But these sleep medications are downright scary...
The newer drugs, like Lunesta and Ambien, may have a lower
risk of dependency than earlier drugs like Halcion and
Seconal. But ask ANYONE who's taken these new drugs and
they'll give you a laundry list of side effects.
Grogginess, a hangover, and irritability are the norm.
But they also include bizarre sleeping-walking episodes,
short-term amnesia, hallucinations, violent outbursts...
...even sleep-driving! Sound safe to you?
In the end, all these medicines do is knock you out and
keep you unconscious for 8 hours. They're just band-aids
for an overworked, overstressed mind. They do absolutely
nothing to address the core reasons why you're not
sleeping...
Pretty sad, if you ask me -- especially when the solution
is so easy.
Our newest Think Right Now Accelerated Conditioning
Program, "Tranquil Sleep Now"
- http://www.thinkrightnow.com/a/tranquil-sleep.asp does
what no other sleep aid in the world does: it addresses the
root causes of your sleeplessness, instead of making you
comatose with drugs or herbal concoctions.
You see, scientific research shows that most problems
getting to sleep, staying asleep, or falling back to sleep
are rooted in the negative thoughts, habits and beliefs we
allow to spill over into our sleep time.
That includes the emotional triggers behind the mental
chatter that gets you all "wired up" and your willingness
to take on the weight of the world as you lie in bed
staring at the ceiling....
As well as any unhealthy diet and lifestyle habits -- like
overindulging in alcohol, caffeine, smoking, even processed
foods -- all designed to flood your body with chemicals...
chemicals that cause you to toss and turn in frustration
night after night, with no end in sight.
"Tranquil Sleep Now" uses proven behavior modification
techniques to literally short-circuit the automatic mental
patterns that stop you from sleeping.
It trains your mind to automatically set aside the worries
at bedtime so that you don't feel the weight of the world
when your head hits the pillow.
It helps rewire your eating habits, so you don't crave the
foods and drinks that sabotage your sleep efforts.
It even prevents the fear of NOT falling asleep from
creeping into your thoughts.
It actually blocks you from having those thoughts at all.
Through repetitive conditioning, it installs fresh new,
positive patterns -- the same ones as the people who drift
off to sleep without a hitch and wake up refreshed and
ready to take on the day.
Best of all, you don't have to try to "think" your way to
these new beliefs and habits. Nope. Use "Tranquil Sleep
Now!" and they emerge in you automatically.
So even if you've struggled with sleep problems for years or
even decades, "Tranquil Sleep Now" can help you fall asleep
faster, and stay asleep through the night without the
tossing and turning. Accelerated Learning makes it possible.
And it's also the reason why "Tranquil Sleep Now" beat
sleeping pills at their own game.

PS: The best, most effective time to use "Tranquil Sleep
Now" is about 10-15 minutes before you're ready to turn in
for the night. Used as directed, and it will help you ease
off to sleep faster and easier the very first night you
listen to it.
Keep hitting the PLAY button -- and it can make you
insomnia-proof.
