No more dark eye circles
Hello my friend:
A funny thing happened to me a couple days ago.
The dark circles I've had around my eyes for quite a while
disappeared almost completely in about 48 hours. And no,
I'm not using some expensive creams. And I'd love to tell
you it's because I got more sleep on my recent vacation,
but that wouldn't be right, because I actually got less
sleep and relaxation than usual.
You see, for a few years now, because of the auto accident
that resulted in spinal fusion surgery in my neck (C4-C5-
C6) in 2002, I've had neck pain and a fair level of fatigue
due to the increased pressure on my neck joints and nerves.
So on many a day, when I'm tired after a "long day" of
working, like many people do, I, too, have also used this
as a pretty darn good sounding excuse not to exercise.
And not too many could say it wasn't a legitimate reason.
Because when you can't lift you head...
But no matter how you slice it, WHATEVER the reason, when
you don't work your body, the faster it gets softer,
weaker, less capable, older, and older looking. And
ultimately, the faster you check out.
I'd had enough.
No more excuses, no matter how valid they may be.
So I began listening to "I Love Exercising Now"
- http://www.thinkrightnow.com/a/exercising.asp (I'd never
needed it before the accident)
After a couple days, the 'Rocky' theme stayed in my head.
I planned out an upper and lower body workout that would
gradually get more challenging as my strength grew.
Saturday: 30 minutes on the treadmill with a 6 degree
incline, then a total upper body workout hitting all the
major muscle groups including the abs. I was exhausted,
but felt great.
Sunday: Treadmill again, and now the legs got their chance
-- front, back, sides, calves and abs again.
Man, did I feel alive.
But on Monday morning, I got the shock of my life...
As I was getting ready to shave, I looked in the mirror
and lo and behold, no more Benicio Del Toro look...
The dark circles around my eyes that had been with me for
a few years now were almost gone after just two
particularly great workouts in two days.
And so I did a little research and found that many other
people experienced the same thing... when they moved their
bodies vigorously enough to get blood circulating enough,
their eyes brightened up and the dark circles went away.
So there you have it, work out more and you instantly look
younger, feel younger and more alive.
Because you'll BE more alive.
Love,
Mike Brescia
PS: If you've tried to stick with an exercise lifestyle
again and again but could not, the behavior modification
program 'I Love Exercising Now' is probably the only thing
that can get you started and keep you going. Check it out

PPS: Although more sleep is not what helped me, not
getting enough sleep can put dark circles around you eyes,
too. So if you don't get the sleep you should, for the
next few days, you can save on Tranquil Sleep Now and get
some bonus gifts that will shock you. Here is where you get
it and your gifts:
