The motivating Flutie story
Hello my friend:
In my life, I've learned beyond all doubt that if you
don't keep the positive thoughts, ideas and people flowing
in, the negatives that are swirling all around just out of
sight are waiting to pounce on a person's weaknesses, their
base desires, their vulnerabilities.
So it's critical to keep your biggest, most important
desires in front of you at all times to guide you... to
lead you to your best self and to your best life. In order
to have even a mediocre life, you must have big goals that
you must achieve and you must keep them in mind at all
times, so they'll become standards.
If you don't...
Then anything that you find "interesting" or anyone with a
good story or who appeals to your ego's needs will be able
to take your attention away from your goals and dreams in
life in a flash.
Example... while I was logging some miles on my treadmill
yesterday, a special about Doug Flutie came on the tube.
This guy was 5'9" and 175 pounds, but played 21 years of
professional football running from 300 pounders whose sole
purpose in life was to turn him into a piece of the stadium
floor. Ridiculous, right? But his desire was twice as big
as his body.
He wasn't recruited by colleges, so he was brought into
Boston College as an afterthought when a coach saw him play
once... 4th on the depth charts at QB. But finally he got
a shot to play, and by the end of his senior year, he was
the leading passer in NCAA history. At 5'9". And he won
every player of the year award possible, including the
Heisman Trophy given to the best player in college football.
So he went #1 in the NFL draft, right?
Nope.
285th pick in the 11th round.
NO ONE wanted a shrimp at QB.
Not even the greatest college QB ever.
He finally jumped to the Canadian Football League.
Result?
-- 3 Grey Cup championships
-- 3 MVP awards in those Grey Cups
-- 270 touchdowns, 41,000 yards... in only 7 years
-- 6 league MVP awards... What?!
-- Hall of Fame Inductee
Ridiculous, right?
Talk about heart. He makes Rudy Ruettiger look like a cry
baby.
Nothing could rip his goals from his sight.
Passion. Love. Desire. Never settling for less than his
best.
In a game of fast, nasty, gargantuan athletes, this
scrawny, puny runt became one of the best of all time.
Because of his unending, immeasurable desire.
Doug Flutie was one of the people whose life we studied
when we created Unstoppable Motivation Now.

The goal of the program is to instill in the user a
mindset that no matter what, you will overcome any obstacle
you encounter.
Since motivation or desire is the beginning point to all
growth and success in every area and discipline of life, it
is critical that to enjoy your life to the max and to get
out of life all that you can, you must be able to inspire
yourself to do what needs to be done when it needs to be
done.
Anything and everything that must be done.
This is what people like Doug Flutie do in their minds.
They don't set major goals only to quit on them days or
even months later.
They go until.
And the purpose of the program 'Unstoppable Motivation
Now!' http://www.thinkrightnow.com/a/motivation.asp is to
literally install the automatic mental habit patterns of
people who never ever give up and who always achieve their
objectives, no matter how big or small they are.
As I'm looking over the re-patterning statements in the
program this very minute, in using it according to the
manual, you'll be "programmed" to
- Fade all images of failure to black
- Believe that if you can dream it, you can do it
- See opportunity all around you
- Learn from every mistake and then let them go
- Use criticism as fuel for greater desire
- Endure even numerous setbacks to reach your goals
- Delay short-term fleeting pleasures in order to reach
your
ultimate objectives
- Grow from every experience, good or bad
- See yourself succeeding at everything you do
- Be driven to be the best you can be
- See today as your best chance to get where you want to go
- Reject all excuses for failure
- Confront problems immediately before they become too big
- Play to win in everything you do
- Never give up
- Forgive yourself for mistakes and keep going
- Stay focused for long periods of time
- Find the fastest, easiest best ways to do things
- Believe in yourself no matter what
- Always do the best you are capable of doing
===============
There are many, many more, but know this:
If you have impotent, uninspiring daily objectives...
If your life is pretty much the same as it was 5 years
ago, 10 years ago, 20 years ago, you are NOT a motivated
person.
And worse, if this is true, you aren't inspiring anyone
else either.
I hope this is not true. Because Think Right Now
International exists to provide people with the mental
conditioning tools to make change not only easy, but
enjoyable and natural.
Because I believe that two main purposes of life is to
grow and be happy and help other people to grow and be happy.
And 'Unstoppable Motivation Now!' is a primary tool that
tens of thousands around the planet are using now to get on
the right track and stay on it.
This was longer than I thought it would be, so look out
for a case study to be sent in an hour or so that
exemplifies this point perfectly.
Love,
Mike Brescia
