She thought she was insane
Hello my friend:
Earlier today I was talking with a client, Rayna, who was
still in a state of shock over how quickly she was able to
move from chronic doubt and worry, and a literal paralysis
where she felt overwhelmed by all of her responsibilities--
the big ones as well as the normal little daily and hourly
"to do's" to a constant mindset of confidence and power
practically every moment.
She said that there were things she'd had on her "to do"
list for years, conversations she'd wanted to have for
months and years that she would ignore if the thought or
any reminder of them came up.
A month ago, I asked her to take a notebook and pay
attention to her thoughts on a moment by moment basis as
best she could.
This is hard, because thoughts come and go so fast most of
the time that this request seems impossible for many people.
But she did it. She kept a small pocket notebook with her
at all times.
And when she actually paid attention to what she was
thinking and what she said to herself as the minutes passed
by each hour, she was terrified by it.
She had no idea that she was so "negative."
This awareness that her mind dwelled on such things scared
her so much, she thought she had gone insane.
"Everything," she said, was rejected, criticized, and
doubted. She realized that she almost constantly was in a
state of either feeling hurt, offended, disgusted,
powerless, depressed, angry, afraid...
The list went on and on.
She never felt strong, assured and... happy.
I assured her that she was typical and that most people
have exactly the same type of thoughts she did and in about
the same rapidity... that a lot of people are simply so
good at ignoring their disempowering beliefs and mental
movies that they have no idea these potential-killers are
running through their minds...
Because thoughts and mental pictures come and go so fast.
AND because these thoughts and beliefs are just accepted
as the etched-in-stone truth... as facts, not as personal
beliefs that should or could be changed.
So she got 'Supreme Confidence Now!' and started listening
to it as instructed and began writing and reading a dozen
statements just three times a day, morning, during lunch
and before bedtime.
About ten minutes total time.
She said that from about the third day to after about a
month into using the program, she had people coming up to
her and asking what the heck got into her.
They said she was being nicer, looked less stressed out,
did her work without any grumbling, did it better and
faster, was quicker to say something positive and
encouraging instead of negative or saying nothing at all.
She was volunteering to get involved in things she'd never
thought of doing before, she said.
And her kids started talking to her more often. Teenagers!
Funny, she said. Because she thought that they were the
ones with the problems, and it turns out that her lack of
confidence, fear and worry were at the core of her
relationship problems with them, too.
She said that she is dreaming big again like she used to
do when she was in her early twenties. She's setting goals
just a little while ago she would have thought impossible
for her.
The bottom line? It's that self-confidence is
foundational... it's at the core of everything and anything
meaningful that you will ever accomplishment in life.
And the re-patterning process used in 'Supreme Confidence
Now!' can be easy and fast. What you will grow to believe
and what you'll be able to do probably will boggle your mind.
Just because you now think and believe some or many things
are impossible for you, or that they would be difficult,
doesn't mean it's true. It's only a set of beliefs. Wrong
beliefs.
Using 'Supreme Confidence Now!' and having it adjust what
she thought was possible, and having it shift her moment by
moment mental pictures and moment by moment inner dialog
and belief system was all it took.
So if you want your eyes opened to what is open to you in
life and if you want the tool that can get you believing in
yourself like never before, get 'Supreme Confidence Now!'
right here right now.
