Dear Mike,
About 21 years ago I was homeless and living in a shelter for
abused women with my two young daughters, ages 3 and 5. I had
gone from an abusive family situation with an alcoholic father
and bi-polar mother into an abusive marriage. I met my 2nd
husband while I was staying in the women's shelter. That
marriage didn't work either and I ended up a single mom again,
this time with three children.
After my 2nd divorce I began to realize that I had been
depressed most of my life, beginning in my childhood and that
had contributed to me making poor choices in my relationships.
I tried medication and therapy and that helped somewhat, but I
didn't like how the medication made me feel, so I started to
explore alternatives such as exercise, vitamins, herbal
supplements and homeopathy.
All these things have contributed to improving my mental state
and I still use them, but I think the thing that helped me the
most was listening to your audio tape, Freedom from Depression Now
Since that first tape I listened to some many years ago, I have
also purchased many other tapes from your company. As I became
less depressed, I was able to get better paying jobs, but
realized I was lacking in self-confidence and had low self-
esteem. I purchased Real Self-Esteem Now! And Supreme Confidence
Now!
As I gained confidence, I was given more responsibilities in my
job. I realized that I was kind of disorganized and didn't
always manage my time well, so I ordered Effective Time
Management Now and I am Organized Now. I am not very organized
naturally but the tapes have helped me to be better organized
and more efficient. I am currently listening to Infinite Joy
Now every night when I go to bed
I now own a house on 17-acres of land and I am a successful
fundraiser for one of the top conservation organizations in the
country. If one measures success by m.oney, my salary has more
than doubled in the last 6 years and probably tripled since I
started listening to first tape many years ago. However, the
thing I am most proud of about is that I own my own home and my
son is doing well in high school.
I'd say I've come along way since being homeless and later
living in subsidized housing. I believe I owe a lot of my
success to Think Right Now audio programs.

Hello Mike,
I am a health-challenged (and therefore financially-challenged) mother of two beautiful, active girls. Last April when I found out about your programs, I loved what I read and saw.
Although the success stories and other information on your website were so convincing, it took me until June to finally decide to order "Effective Time Management Now!"
At the time I felt so overwhelmed by my financial needs that I didn't see where I was going to get the money to pay for it.
But there is no substitute for actually using your programs, and I finally got up my courage to spend that little bit of money that seemed like so much at the time. I am sure glad I did. (I was able to make extra money a short time later because "Effective Time Management Now!" helped me to be ready and confident enough to take on a job opportunity that came up!)
From the first time I listened to Effective Time Management Now! I noticed changes right away! I started beaming around the house, confidently attacking long-standing piles of paperwork that I had hesitated to make decisions on before, organizing files, getting rid of old clothes, making telephone calls I had put off before, actually getting through my To Do list quickly, and having more spontaneous fun than I thought I could with my children. Life has become a lot more promising, joyful and worth living!
Now, whenever I need a boost, I turn on the CD again! It’s amazing how I immediately feel like doing those things I'd been putting off before.
The installing statements have instilled confidence in my own ability to manage whatever life serves up, to be quick to act--despite my action-halting habit of perfectionism--and to let go of the need to be perfect at everything. Before, I felt my hesitation tearing away at my self-confidence and causing me to worry in all directions. Effective Time Management Now! is the catalyst that gave me hope that I could change my ineffective ways! I feel like a different person now, and I will continue to listen to this for the rest of my life!
All I can say to others who need to get through barriers and challenges in their lives is: Don't hesitate!...I wish I had ordered it as soon as I had heard about it! This program pays off incredibly in so many ways! You will not regret your decision to use it. And listen to it until it has become part of you!
We all have an amazing person inside, just waiting for the chance to come out and show what we are capable of.
Thanks Mike, for sharing your own story! You have been a pioneer in helping so many people come free from emotional baggage that reduces our lives to ineffectiveness. Your work promises to help me become as free and worthwhile as I always wanted to be!
All the best, everyone,
Sincerely,
Order Effective Time Management Now!
Hi Mike,
My positive changes have occurred over a time frame of about 4 weeks, since I first implemented my ThinkRightNow! Windows software - and started listening to Supreme Confidence Now! - and Effective Time Management Now!
After a year of big transition – I moved to Portland, Oregon from Burlington, Vermont; ending a stagnant 11-year relationship. I was supporting myself financially for the first time in 12 years. Then, I found out my dad had Lymphoma. I had also been dealing with long-term depression and frequent "immobility" and resistance to finishing practically anything I started. Recently, I've been waking up each day with a refreshing and new sense of "I can do this" and "Ok, what to accomplish now?" energy!
The heaviest parts of the depression have lifted and I'm doing more positive things for myself than I have in the past few years. I'm feeling a greater sense of capability to start - and finish - projects that once overwhelmed me enough to the point of not being able to even get started (like organizing my closet, dresser drawers and filing cabinet).
I'm also taking small, daily steps towards the things that I know will improve the quality of my life, like exercising, which has taken a big back seat in my life over the years.
Most importantly, I'm feeling a renewed, tangible sense of hope and enthusiasm for the future and for my ability to create a fruitful life for myself, on my own.
Thanks for all you've done and continue to do, to support so many of us in transforming out of the darkness into the light!
Cheers to all of us!

Hello Mike,
I have been battling depression for more than 10 years. I tried to deal with the depression on my own for several years, but the inner turmoil, insomnia, extreme apathy, and panic attacks became too much to handle. I sought counseling, then psychiatric "advice". After about a 15-minute consult, the psychiatrist tossed me several prescriptions, and I was all too happy to comply.
At first, the meds did make a difference, as the mood swings evened out and the panic attacks disappeared. But as they say, "there is no free lunch". Psychotropic drugs can have some wicked side effects. Without going into detail, I began to feel that all of the meds I'd been given were not in my best interest, and stopped taking most of them. I also stopped seeing the psychiatrist, and my family physician agreed to help me with the depression, prescribing a single low dose of a different antidepressant.
Things seemed to be going better - then in April 2004, our son died just a month before his 15th birthday. His death came after a short and unexpected illness. He was followed in death by my brother-in-law, a very cherished family pet, and my dad - all within just a few months. Our lives were in a tailspin. We basically just stopped living: bills and other mail accumulated in piles around the house; chores such as laundry and vacuuming were left undone for weeks at a time; when I wasn't burning up my leave at work, I just sat at my desk for hours on end, staring out the window or at photos of our son. The worst part about all of this is that we knew what was happening, but couldn't muster enough energy to even care. At least we were aware enough to get our children and us into family therapy.
As if having our family ripped apart wasn't bad enough, it seemed as if our finances were shot, as well. After paying funeral expenses, we never seemed to recover, and struggled paycheck to paycheck to meet our obligations. It also seemed as if financial crisis after financial crisis rocked our family. We did our best to shield our children from further bad news, but they told us months later that they felt we should have given them some credit for being able to handle adversity.
We had been living a true hell on earth, and it continued for almost two years. Although we are Christians, I had reached a point where I lost hope, and stopped believing that anything good could ever happen to our family. Our circumstances began to improve a little. We were able to finally pay off some long-standing debt, and were able to refinance our house at a more favorable rate. It was about that time (3 months ago) that I discovered your web site. Though I'm pretty skeptical about Internet hype, I decided to give your guarantee a try, and ordered "Effective Time Management NOW!" , "Financial Abundance NOW!" and "I am Healed NOW!". I began listening to "Effective Time Management NOW!" as much as I could, followed after about a month by the other two programs. I also ordered "Supreme Confidence NOW!" - http://www.thinkrightnow.com/catalog.htm and I now listen to one of those programs day and night - in our home, in my car, and through headphones at work. I'm even listening to "Supreme Confidence NOW!" as I write this.
Things are happening slowly, but they are happening. I have worked at the same government facility for 19 years, and I have long found my job to be safe, comfortable - and highly unsatisfying. The corporate culture there is corrupt, and the ability to make a significant difference in people's lives is missing. Since our son's death, I have made many journal entries, and those have helped me to home in on my life's purpose. After many hours, days, and months of reading, studying, and prayer, I have decided to make a
major career jump into nursing. I had an interest in medicine in my youth, but wasn't a very good student my first go at college, though I did manage to graduate. I have been accepted into a local school that has an accelerated nursing program for returning adult students who have to work while in school. The pace for the next 3 years will be grueling, but I have the support of my wife and children.
With the help of my physician, I am no longer taking the antidepressant. Even with tapering off of the low dose I was taking, the withdrawal effects were horrible: severe dizziness, nausea, and worst of all, absolutely raw emotions. Fortunately, the effects have mostly subsided, and I will never again take any form of psychotropic drug. I will face, and deal with, life's events head-on. I still have a long way to go, but I've come a long way from where I was, and your programs have helped.
I have also found that I have been able to tackle necessary tasks better. "One at a Time" is how I've been approaching necessary tasks, and I'm beginning to see a difference at home and at work. My next chore will be losing weight. Between the antidepressant I was taking and our son's death, I have gained about 40 pounds over the last few years. We recently bought all new bicycles for our children and us. We've done some local biking, and we're planning a fishing/biking/camping trip. I spent a lot of time this
weekend tackling some yard work that needed doing - and boy am I sore!! But it feels good looking at the results when I stand in our front yard.

Dear Mr. Brescia,
I have to confess that I did experience some sort of buyer's remorse immediately upon ordering. Thoughts like, "It must be hype, it won't work for me because English isn't my first language, etc..." were swirling through my head.
I decided to view it as an experiment. After all, there's a satisfaction guarantee on your website, so what could I possibly risk and lose?
And so for the past 6 weeks I followed your advice and pushed the "play" button as much as possible (in the car, at home, while sleeping) listening to "Supreme Confidence," "Effective Time Management" and "I Am Organized Now." - http://www.thinkrightnow.com/catalog.htm
In a nutshell: this stuff works! Even for people who don't have English as their first language.
I feel more confident with an increased sense of self-worth. I feel on top of
things with a sense of direction and purpose.
Of course, the cynics could brush that off as some sort of self-betrayal wanting to justify and rationalise the purchase of your programs.
Fine, however I just moved and the funny thing is that there are no boxes with stuff around anymore. The old me would have had to climb over boxes and boxes well past Christmas.
Everything has a dedicated place and IS in that place.
Things I don't need anymore caused a real uneasy feeling that didn't go away until I got rid of the unnecessary items - opposed to the old thoughts of, "Let's keep it around, it might be useful someday."
Family and friends are amazed at how smoothly I've handled the logistics of the
move, the chaos of the renovating period and how quickly I've been able to settle in.
Almost everyday I get at least 1 great idea on how to streamline some aspect of my life, how to create new structures and frameworks that enhance the quality of my life.
And the best part is that it's effortless. Unlike most other more how-to oriented programs it does not feel like some sort of fake facade where you always have the fear of the "real" you lurking in the back, waiting to come back and take over again.
Here, the good thoughts are becoming the real you.
Thank you so much for the great programs.
Sincerely,
Marko Zirkovich, Austria
I have “I Love Exercising Now” , “I Am Organized Now” , and “Effective Time Management Now” - http://www.thinkrightnow.com/catalog.htm
At first I gravitated to your “I Am Organized Now” and “Effective Time Management Now” cd's. These programs made my challenges fun and helped with strategizing how to do better.
Although these programs have helped me immensely, for some reason, at first I resisted your “I Love Exercising Now” program, which is what I needed to do most of all.
I kept playing the exercise program, nevertheless, at bedtime (even in the beginning when I was resisted the actual exercise, I played the tapes)
I also played the programs when relaxing after work in the tub, and lo and behold, what happened was I started strategizing with myself as to when I would best be able to exercise. Once I started exercising, I kept a log of what I did and for how long. This made exercising fun, turned it into a game. I was thus able to incorporate what I learned in the other tapes: to get organized and improved time management into my exercise plan and work it well.
I now exercise daily. In the morning I complete a quick work out before leaving home for the office. At lunchtime I go walking with a coworker for as long as possible. After work I walk home from the train station. I stay calmer at work despite a challenging hectic job, and I sleep better at night.
I have more energy; can handle the ups and downs of work with greater ease. My posture has improved, and I am in a better frame of mind. Mental fatigue has diminished, as well. A completely unexpected benefit was when I listen to the programs prior to going to sleep. I noticed I sleep better and get to sleep faster.
Thank you.

Dear Mike,
I ordered Effective Time Management Now! over a year ago and listened to it extensively at the time. I bought it in combination with related programs on organization and motivation, and put them on repeat as I fell asleep, and so listened to them until my device's battery ran out.
I'm perhaps a skeptic by nature, though not so much of one to prevent me from trying something that has a reasonable chance of being useful. I can't offer a night-and-day sort of testimonial, nor can I
attribute any changes with certainty to TRN programs since I am, after all, a sample size of just one. Further, I invested in various time management books, programs and software so as to find the best system for me, so it's surely the synergy between these things that accounts for any changes. However, I was confident that listening to your programs could hardly hurt (unless the sound woke me up in the middle of the night, which it didn't), so I happily gave them a try.
What I can report is that time management definitely works; I'm definitely always conscious of how I invest my time and I make every effort to accomplish those things that are most important to me every day. I make a list of all tasks every day and organize them by category and priority. I work deliberately with focused concentration on my single most important task at any given time and I see it through to completion before moving on to the next. I've clearly become considerably more productive as a result, and your programs have certainly played a role in my productivity. (While working on a given task I sometimes catch myself repeating the statements in your programs, which is evidence of their efficacy.)
Now if you could only create a program that puts more hours in the day!
Many thanks,
Albert F.
